About ExB:

Job Description:
  • As a Project Manager at ExB you will be responsible for managing our client projects with the clear goal of ensuring on-time, in-quality and in-budget results
  • You will build up your own small team in order to be able to advise and support customers competently
  • Together with our developers and other stakeholders, you will assess the business potential and technical complexity of product requirements
  • In close coordination with our agile teams, you will be responsible for planning the project roadmap, sub-projects and the project budget
  • The organization, implementation and follow-up of internal meetings and external customer appointments and workshops (including follow-up activities) are also part of your job
  • You ensure customer satisfaction and focus on the customer and the success of the project. These efforts are the basis for the expansion of customer relationships and potential follow-up projects

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • Being an experienced B2B Project Manager, the world of data is by no means an unknown universe for you, ideally you have even gained experience in the field of AI or IDP
  • You are proficient in agile project methodologies and have successfully applied them to customer projects
  • You have the ability to understand and analyze complex issues and scenarios and to present the insights gained in an understandable way to a non-technical audience
  • You have a sound knowledge of German for customer meetings and a good command of English for internal communication
  • You have a confident and professional demeanor with very good presentation and moderation skills
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit to ensure the added value desired by the customer in the long term
  • You have an independent and results-oriented way of working with a high degree of commitment, flexibility and creativity
