Job Description:

  • You are part of a team that is shaping the future of the technology industry in the AI sector.

  • You support our sales team throughout the sales cycle, create technical content for proposals and ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation.

  • You analyze our customers’ document automation and data extraction requirements and advise them on best practices and possible applications of IDP and LLM technologies.

  • Using your knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM), you will conduct clear and convincing product demonstrations and trainings for different target groups to illustrate the benefits of our solution.

  • You coordinate closely with product and development teams to incorporate customer feedback into the further development of our platform.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

  • You have proven experience in presales consulting, technical consulting or sales in the IDP sector.

  • You have a degree in computer science, engineering, business or comparable experience.

  • You have knowledge of technologies such as OCR, NLP, machine learning and document automation and are familiar with LLMs (e.g. GPT, BERT, T5) and their possible applications.

  • Your excellent communication and presentation skills ensure a convincing performance even in front of non-technical target groups.

  • Knowledge of specific IDP platforms, a certification in AI, machine learning oder IDP and experience in enterprise software sales or technical consulting for process automation are a plus.

  • Your excellent German and English skills and your experience with CRM tools complete your profile.
