• You create convincing, target group-oriented content for various formats (blog articles, landing pages, social media, white papers, case studies, etc.)
• You quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics such as AI and IDP and are keen to implement them editorially and creatively
• You develop and implement a social media strategy for a convincing ExB presence on LinkedIn, YouTube and online portals
• You optimize our content strategy based on KPIs, current market trends, competitive analysis and user feedback
• You use creative growth hacking techniques to scale content quickly and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Experience in content writing: You enjoy writing and already have experience in creating content for various channels as well as a good feel for tonality, storytelling and addressing target groups
• Growth hacking mindset: You see content not only as a means of brand building, but also as a tool for rapid scaling and performance optimization. You think analytically and look for ways to measure and optimize content performance
• Experience with prompting and ChatGPT: You are familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and can integrate them effectively into the content creation process
• Social media expertise: You have solid experience in developing and implementing effective B2B content strategies for social media, especially LinkedIn
• Creativity and innovation: You have ideas on how to distribute content in unconventional ways and increase brand visibility - and you're not afraid to try new approaches
• Team player: You enjoy working well with the marketing team and other departments (sales, product development, design)
